first time users need to Login and confirm their PHV request.
The longer you post your request (max 30 days before you fly)
the quicker you get your bargain. Whilst you are chatting
to the PHO see if they can do the return journey as well

one or more PHO's interested in your request online using
the Private Message Board chat service
4, If you
have two or more PHO's interested in your PHV request then
you have to decide which PHO gets your business
5, Congratulations
you've successfully booked your PHV

2. Extremely
Important: It's the client's responsibility to choose
the correct vehicle/passenger/luggage combination so ask the
PHO for assistance if unsure.

The price quoted is for a single drop-off only. Additional
drop-offs, car park, credit card, cancellation fees and requested
vehicle change are chargeable extras and these must be negotiated
with the PHO at time of booking.
4.
Airport Collections Notice: Book your
BargainPHV at least 1 hour after your plane is due to land.
This will reduce your car park and waiting time fees.
5.
Airport Collections Notice: To help
the PHD in locating you at the Airport. You are advised to
wait at Airport Information located in the arrivals hall.
PLEASE have your mobile switched on just in case you are held-up
in Immigration/Customs.
6.
The PHO will give you instructions as
the type of vehicle & driver who will meet you. If you are
in any doubt, you must call the PHO for

7.
Airport Arrivals Notice: Please remember
that the FinalPickUpTime will allow for a one & half (1½)
to (2) two hour journey time to all London airports.
