BargainPHV Privacy Policy BargainPHV respects and acknowledge that your private information is yours alone. The only private information that BargainPHV requires is your valid email address. Your valid email address entitles you access to the request & booking service outlined in the terms of conditions of this website. BargainPHV has no need for any other private information from you. Your email address will be held on FASTHOST servers so as to allow you use of the BargainPHV system. Once your Email Account is activated via the sign-up page your email address will be your login. Your email address will not be used to contact you for payment to the Airports&Ports and CommuterShare Request & Booking Service. When your Email Account is not in use it will remain idle until you decide to use it. Using the Private Message Board (PMB) Messaging Service The PHOs will only know you by the name you put on when registering. This can be your first name/last name/nick name/company name. Your Email address will not be made public to the PHOs. Whatever personal details the Email Account holder divulges to PHOs is done so entirely at their own risk. BarginPHV will not accept any liability, consequence or risk should their personal data be misused in anyway by a PHO. Cookies – When you visit BargainPHV, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your browser.
